We offer free delivery to most UK postcodes, on all our garden buildings. Please see the delivery charges section below for more information.

1. Can I pick my own delivery date?

  • Yes, you can choose your delivery date by contacting us using the form below.

2. My order has not been delivered, what should I do?

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at Contact@GardenArch.co.uk or use the form below

3. Will I need to help my delivery driver?

  • No, drivers handle the delivery themselves and are not insured to cover customer injuries.

4. What access is needed for my delivery?

  • Delivery is kerbside only. If you have installation services, ensure full garden access. For restricted access zones,  contact us at Contact@GardenArch.co.uk or use the form below

5. What size vehicle will deliver my order?

  • Deliveries can be made using 3.5, 7.5, or 17-tonne vehicles. contact us at Contact@GardenArch.co.uk or use the form below if larger vehicle access is an issue.

6. What happens if my order is not delivered on the day I picked?

7. How are log cabins delivered?

  • Log cabins take longer (up to 28 working days). Delivered kerbside, you will need to move parts to the rear of your property.  contact us at Contact@GardenArch.co.uk or use the form below

8. Can I choose a delivery slot?

  • Yes, you'll receive a 2-hour delivery slot on the morning of your delivery via email 

9. Do I need to be at home?

  • No, but leave a signed note giving permission for the delivery in your absence.
