A: We utilize DPD & Evri for product delivery.

Q: Can I change the delivery address once the order is in transit?

A: Unfortunately, once the order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be altered. If you need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at Contact@GardenArch.co.uk or visit our physical store.

Q: Is it possible to cancel an order?
